On November 29, 2017, the Port Qasim Coal-Fired Power Plant in Pakistan was successfully commissioned and began power generation. As the first large-scale power generation project under the framework of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), it also marked the first CPEC project involving participation from a third party.

ME provided 10kV medium-voltage automatic transfer systems for the “China Mobile (Guizhou) Big Data Center Phase II – Guizhou Mobile Gui’an IDC Project (Provincial No.18 Gui’an M&E Engineering Project)” and delivered them on schedule in July 2019. Upon delivery, ME actively supported the on-site work and provided in-person assistance based on actual project needs. When the client expressed deeper functional requirements for transfer switching, ME swiftly allocated materials and dispatched experienced technical personnel to carry out commissioning. The team successfully completed the standalone commissioning and passed the third-party functional interlock testing in one go, contributing to the smooth delivery of the project.

The 24th China Expressway Informatization Conference and Technical Product Exhibition was held at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center from July 27 to 28, 2022. Midas Electric showcased its intelligent medium- and low-voltage automatic transfer switch product series at the event, presenting smart power supply solutions for expressway applications.

The MDS9MVI series medium voltage ATS is an integrated medium voltage automatic transfer switch cabinet independently developed by Midas Electric.
