The MDS9T & MDS7T Series Static Transfer Switches (STS) are suitable for use in power industry automation systems, power supply systems in the petrochemical industry, computer rooms and internet data centers, telecommunications, mobile networks, financial data centers, intelligent building automation and security systems, and other applications where power interruption is not acceptable. Unlike traditional automatic transfer switches, STS units utilize advanced algorithms and protected bidirectional thyristor switches to evaluate the status of dual power sources and automatically select the optimal power supply.
