China Mobile Shanghai Lingang IDC R&D and Industrial Base Project

Project Background:

Phase I of the China Mobile Shanghai Lingang IDC R&D and Industrial Base Project covers a land area of 80,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters. The project consists of nine individual buildings, including three data centers (Data Center Buildings 1, 2, and 3), two generator rooms (Generator Rooms 1 and 2), two office buildings (Maintenance and Support Buildings 1 and 2), one 220kV substation, and one transmission building (Submarine Cable Landing Station). The office buildings adopt a frame-shear wall structure, while the remaining buildings are designed with a frame structure.
